    • Hey Joe, that is a bummer, are you sure it wasn’t loaded and someone didn’t use it? I do not work for BJ’s so I have no way to help you in this situation.

  3. Made purchase on3/26/2022 of over the $100 min. went to BJ’S on 4/10/2022
    purchaed $80.00 of products and the $20 credit was load.

  4. I made a purchase of $107.96 on qualified items before tax on 03/27/2022 but have not received the reward yet. The similar thing had happened past. Who should I contact?

  5. Thanks for the info! I followed your directions on 4/5. Where in my account can I see the $20 credit? Any idea? I have searched all around and I havent been able to locate it. Thank you!

  6. Hi I made my purchase on 3/20/2022 in the Flushing, Skyview Mall BJ Store and tried to redeem the $20 on 4/9/2022. The program clearly indicated my award will load to my card on 4/8/2022. And we need to redeem on or before 4/29/2022. Unfortunately, I did not receive the award and the store representative said I have to wait on or before 4/29/2022. Definitely a system problem.

  7. I made my purchases on 3/17 in the Framingham, MA store & don’t know how to redeem for the $20….

    • Hi Carol, please look back at the post and read under the Steps on How to redeem. Your award will load to your card on 4/8.

      • Hi, I have the same question… and when I go to “BJs.com/Spend100Get20” for details it says “you will get $20.00 credit in the primary’s member account” this means we do not have to do anything, it will be automatically?

    • Today is April 11th. They still did not load the reward to my membership card. The manager at BJ’s just asked me to call the customer service number. And I waited on the phone for 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Poor customer service! Very frustrated.

      • Oh that is such a bummer! I always keep my receipts for promos like this to show that I spent the $100 on qualifying items. I would try calling the number again.

        • I did show my receipt and the promo circular to the manager but she’s not helpful. I emailed BJ’s directly. Been three days. No response!
